Provide us with the following information using the form below, or another contact option, and we will get back to you on the same working day:
- Bore size (Internal Diameter)
- Outter case size (Extrernal Diameter)
- Bearing or Seal Depth
- Bearing or Seal Type (Example: Oil Seal or Needle Roller Bearing)
- Any stamps or codes on the item
- Any images that can be provided
- FOR BEARINGS: Cage type if applicable
- FOR SEALS: Material type (Colour)
For belts, we need to know:
- Belt Section (Width at the top)
- Belt Depth (From top of V, to bottom of V)
- Internal Length of Belt
- If the belt is cogged or flat (Teeth or no teeth)
- Any Stamps or Codes on the Belt
- Any images that can be provided
- Number of ribs, if the belt is a timing or multi-rib belt.
To identify an O-ring, we need the following:
- Internal Diamater of O-Ring
- Cross section of O-Ring
- Material of O-Ring (Colour)
- Any images that can be provided
For housed bearings units, we will need the following information:
- Bore size (Internal Diameter)
- Insert Locking Type (Grub Screw, Locking Collar)
- Insert type (Flat back, Extended Shaft)
- Housing Height
- House Bolt Centre Distances
- Any Stamps or Codes on both Housing & Bearing Insert
- Any images you can provide
We recommend using a Vernier Caliper to get exact measurements on all dimensions. Using rulers, steel rules, tape measures and any other measuring device may not be suitable or accurate enough - doing so may lead to the supply of incorrect items.
